This is all that remains of proud Balzackia in the future, should current events continue to unfold without the intervention of the player. The way in to and out of this area is through a portal found deep within the Catacombs, an area/dungeon that is southwest of present-day Balzackia. A similar, and optional, area is accessible from one of the houses in Verity.
